Practice should not mean switching tools all the time.

A clip moves too fast, the part you need is short, and after recording you have to find the reference again. Those little interruptions make practice feel fragmented.

ReplayFlow puts those steps into one repeatable practice flow.

Three steps. One complete practice.

Choose a clip, record in sync, then review side by side.

When recording ends, go straight to a synced comparison of timing, direction, and positioning.

While practicing

Keep the reference in view while you record.

The reference and camera are visible together. Follow the move while you practice and record—without jumping between apps.

  • Use picture-in-picture, stacked, or side-by-side views.
  • Set a countdown, choose a camera, zoom, and focus before recording.

After recording

Set up the comparison so differences are easiest to see.

Play in sync to check timing, then slow down, step through frames, or adjust the layout to see differences in movement, direction, and position.

  • Switch between stacked, side-by-side, and picture-in-picture views to find the clearest comparison.
  • Adjust aspect ratio, position, rotation, and scale; export the comparison when you need it.
